A graduate of English Language and Literature with 3 years working experience as a
Receptionist and Administrative Assistant, looking for an administrative position or a position
as a Visa/ Legalisation Officer.
Throughout my past roles, I performed a variety of clerical support tasks which include some
of the following: answering phone calls, handling e-mail correspondence, filing documents in
a digital and paper forms.
My key strengths lie in my strong interpersonal skills and customer-oriented attitude. I have
had the opportunity to work as part of a team, and have been able to build and maintain good
interpersonal relationships with my supervisors and co-workers, as well as with clients, thanks
to my approachable personality.
