An administrative assistant with 10 years of experience looking for a new career challenge as an administrative professional and/or events administrator.
I have been working as an administrative assistant in a graphic design office over the past 10 years. To date, my work experience has been very rewarding and productive. My duties included almost all aspects of office administration. I have been responsible for planning and scheduling, documenting and bookkeeping, as well as communication with customers and organisation of meetings.
After graduating from the University of Music and Performing Arts Graz, I worked as a sales associate in various positions at arts and cultural institutions. This experience motivated me to complete a training as a certified arts and culture manager. The course focused on marketing, financing, fundraising, event management, and project management, as well as communication, presentation and Social Media.
Not only am I fluent in Arabic, German and English, both written and spoken, but I also have a deeper understanding of Arabic, Austrian and German cultures. My biggest strengths are my communication and organizational skills. When stressful situations arise, I am able to maintain a more positive attitude and demonstrate grace under pressure fulfilling tasks in the most effective way.
