16th Arab-Austrian Economic Forum 2026 Austria – Iraq – Regional Economic Partnership

The Austro-Arab Chamber of Commerce (AACC), in cooperation with the Embassy of the Republic of Iraq in Vienna, is pleased to announce the 16th Arab-Austrian Economic Forum 2026, taking place on 10 November 2026 in Vienna.
The Forum will bring together high-level government representatives, ambassadors and diplomatic representatives, presidents of chambers of commerce, leading business figures and companies from Austria and across the Arab world, with expected participation from Iraq, Syria, Saudi Arabia, Qatar, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates, Libya and other Arab countries, as well as representatives of the Union of Arab Chambers.

The Forum is also expected to welcome presidents and vice presidents of chambers of commerce from Qatar, Kuwait, the United Arab Emirates and Libya, alongside representatives from other Arab countries.The Union of Arab Chambers is expected to be represented by H.E. Prof. Dr. Khaled Hanafi, Secretary General of the Union of Arab Chambers.
The Forum will focus on three key areas of Austrian-Arab economic cooperation: agriculture and food security, transportation and railway infrastructure, and renewable energy. It will provide a high-level platform for dialogue, networking, B2B and B2G exchange, investment and the development of new Arab-Austrian partnerships.
