AACC: Your reliable agent for coordination and processing of document legalization at related Arab embassies!

Since 1989, the AACC is acting as an institution for legalization services, authorized by the League of Arab States and the Union of Arab Chambers (former “General Union of Chambers of Commerce, Industry and Agriculture for Arab Countries”).

The AACC coordinates courier services, hand-in and processing of trade documents at related Arab embassies for the following countries:

Bahrain, Egypt, Iraq, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Oman, Qatar, Sudan, Syria, United Arab Emirates, Yemen

The AACC is providing its members as well as external companies and clients with updated information about legalization and handling fees for documents at affiliated consulate sections of Arab embassies in Austria.

AACC member companies benefit from a discount on AACC legalization service fees (EUR 25 less for each document)!

AACC’s one-stop-shop service offers advantages for companies and to private persons, especially those based in federal provinces outside the capital, but also to those in Vienna.

Due to the central processing of documents in Vienna, AACC handles the document flow on behalf of clients across the relevant authorities (ministries, regional courts, etc.), thus sparing them from having to deal with bureaucratic procedures, while simultaneously accelerating the process significantly.

EGYPT

Legalization Fee (excl. AACC service fee):

• All document types (Certificate of Origin, Invoice, etc): € 203,- (plus AACC fees)

Requirements:

• Certificate of Origin and Invoices require attestation by local/regional chamber of commerce in Austria
• Attestation from AACC
• Other Certificates, Agreements, etc require attestation by the Austrian Ministry for Foreign Affairs (please check requirements for ministry attestation beforehand) 
• Submission of documents only through AACC

The AACC is the only coordination office for document legalization at the Egyptian embassy / consulate.

Companies are kindly required to hand-in their documents at AACC (and not at the Consulate)

Legalization Fee:

• Certificate of Origin: € 100,- (plus AACC fees)
• All other document types (Invoice, etc): € 160,- (plus AACC fees)

Requirements:

• Certificate of Origin require original stamp (no digital signature)
• Documents attested by the Austrian Ministry for Foreign Affairs (please check requirements for ministry attestation beforehand) 
• Submission of documents at AACC
