Introduction:
On 5 January 2021, the Al Ula Declaration (the “Declaration”) was signed with Qatar during the 41st Gulf Cooperation Council Summit at Al-Ula in Saudi Arabia. Following this historic summit, a new chapter is opened for the re-establishment of Qatari-Emirati affairs, boosting new potential for bilateral economic relations for multinational companies (MNCs) in the GCC.
This webinar seeks to discuss and shed light on the opportunities for MNCs to utilize their presence in the UAE in relation with their Qatar-affiliated companies, including tax and legal compliance considerations.
