On 29 July 2022, AACC Secretary-General Eng. Mouddar Khouja received Mr. Mohammed Kiwan, Director-General of Egypt Trust for digital identity management and digital signature services. This visit was arranged by CEO of a-Consult Mr. Albert Kronberger and Mr. Walter von Weber from Secunet, who accompanied Mr. Kiwan on his visit. During the meeting, Austria’s advanced expertise and technologies in the field of next generation e-ID and trust services and the scopes of cooperation between Austria and Egypt in this regard were presented. The various counterparts also discussed some of the major issues that were highlighted in AACC’s workshop on cybersecurity that was held on 31 May 2022 at Palais Eschenbach in Vienna.
