NCM provides services around the game of golf with Golf Course Design by Jose Maria Olazabal and the brand Olazabal Design, with Resort Development Advisory and Special Event Promotion. References include the world's largest golf resort Mission Hills in China, the ultra luxury Velaa Private Island in the Maldives, Education City Golf Club in Qatar, Costa Navarino in Greece, and star golfers Jose Maria Olazabal and Sergio Garcia. NCM´s Board of Directors is represented by Franco G. Bianchi (Chairman), Dr. Wolfgang Strub and Matthias Nemes.
Olazabal Design provides:
- Comprehensive Golf Course Design Planning from Site Analysis to Concept, Schematic and Detail Design
- Sustainability planning and management of sustainability certification.
- Tender documentation with Construction Specifications and Bill of Quantities.
- Construction supervision (optionally also the management of the golf course construction).
- Branding, Naming, and Image Rights to Jose Maria Olazabal as the designer of the golf course.
- Assistance to the Developer in the creation of marketing campaigns, media and special events.
- Consultancy in early stage concept development, market analysis and project feasibility.
