On 5 September 2023, AACC President Dr. Werner Fasslabend and Secretary-General Eng. Mouddar Khouja paid a courtesy visit to H.E. Ambassador Abdullah Khalid Tawlah, the newly-appointed Ambassador of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to Austria at the premises of the embassy, in presence of Mr. Ahmad Alrakhis, First Secretary and Head of the Commerce Department. President Dr. Fasslabend and Secretary-General Khouja congratulated H.E. Ambassador Tawlah on his new post and welcomed him in Vienna.
The discussions during the visit revolved around opportunities to strengthen cooperation between the AACC and the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, with a focus on enhancing mutual relations and interests between Austria and Saudi Arabia in various fields.
